By visiting our site, taking part in our Affiliate Scheme and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, affiliates, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, join our affiliate scheme or use any services. The Affiliate Scheme Commission Schedule (“Schedule”) is part of the Terms of Service that govern your participation in the Affiliate Scheme (“Scheme”. This Schedule describes the commission you may earn as a participant in the Scheme. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning commission on certain Products or during certain Promotions.

Throughout each calendar month, you may earn commission for Qualifying Purchases. Most commissions are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenue based on the tables below and are subject to the limitations described in the “Limitations on Commission for Certain Products or Promotions” section below. We may also offer fixed or lump sum commissions or other special offers as described in the “Special Offers and Promotions” section below. “Qualifying Revenue” mean amounts we receive from customers’ Qualifying Purchases, excluding shipping, discounts, sales, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debt.

The Scheme’s standard commission structure is described in Table 1. The commission rates you may earn will vary depending on the category of Products that are shipped, streamed, or downloaded (as applicable) that constitute Qualifying Purchases. We will determine the classification of Products in each category set forth in Table 1 below or otherwise described on this page.

 

Standard Commission Structure

A standard commission of 8% is given on all products, excluding the ones in special offers section.

 

From time to time we may invite affiliates to participate in sales promotions and other campaigns where products are on special offer, where commission is capped at 5%.

Important Note

From time to time, we may make changes to the commission rates including but not limited to 1.) Exclude certain products or categories of products from earning commission and/or 2.) Reduce or Increase the commission rate for specific products or categories of products. We may also run special or limited time offers or promotions under which you may earn commission on Products or categories of Products that were previously excluded from earning commission, or you may earn an increased commission from those set forth above.

From time to time, we may notify you about these exclusions, rate changes, special offers or promotions and/or make general updates to the Scheme or Schedule by updating this page or through emails, blog posts, or other means. Continued use of this website and continued participation in our Scheme indicates acceptance of these updated Terms.
